Qualifications

• Must possess a valid Georgia driver's license.

Responsibilities

• Conducts field visits to property sites and inspects building conditions.
• Receives housing/zoning complaints and provides information on codes and inspections.
• Interprets and enforces applicable codes, ordinances, and regulations.
• Processes code violation notices and coordinates with owners, utilities, and agencies.
• Assists in researching property ownership, liens, permits, and ownership status.
• Maintains files/records and prepares forms, reports, and subpoenas.
