Job summary

Prudentia Sciences, an AI-powered platform transforming biopharma investing, seeks a Design Engineer to lead the evolution of our CRM and pipeline management UX, coding directly in the production codebase. You will design, prototype, and ship enterprise workflows, data visualization, and our design system.

You will collaborate with Product, Engineering, and Customer Success to deliver scalable, data‑driven interfaces that speed decision‑making and impact patient outcomes.

Qualifications

• 5+ years of product design experience for enterprise CRM/pipeline tools.
• Comfortable shipping production-quality front-end code (React/TypeScript).
• Expertise in turning data into intuitive dashboards and interfaces.
• Strong experience with design systems, component libraries, and tooling.
• Able to prototype in code when appropriate and balance user, business, and technical needs.

Responsibilities

• Design and prototype UI directly in production codebase; ship components end-to-end.
• Own end-to-end product design for complex deal‑making and pipeline workflows.
• Create enterprise dashboards and visualizations; establish reusable patterns and components.
• Maintain and evolve the design system with living, code‑based components.
