Job summary

Dash seeks a Senior / Principal Product Designer to lead the user experience and interface design across our growing digital ecosystem. You will own the design of the portals, dashboards, and tools our external biopharma clients use to interact with our platform while also playing a critical role in evolving and optimizing the complex internal interfaces that power our lab automation platforms.

You will design intuitive, polished, and trustworthy experiences for complex scientific data.

Qualifications

• 5–7+ years in product design, UI/UX and frontend development.
• Portfolio with B2B SaaS, customer portals, or data-rich enterprise apps.
• Proficiency in Figma, Illustrator and Photoshop.
• Experience designing data-rich analytics interfaces.
• Strong communication and cross-functional collaboration.

Responsibilities

• Lead end-to-end UI/UX design for client-facing web apps and internal tools.
• Create interactive prototypes and iterate with stakeholders.
• Design complex data visualizations for bioanalytical results.
• Own and evolve design system and component library.
• Collaborate with engineering to ensure feasible designs.
• Support branding efforts and marketing assets.
