Job summary

Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Identifies and assesses business training needs and target audiences.
• Confer with management, supervisors and employees to understand training needs and policy changes.
• Formulates curricula and determines instructional methods such as lectures, workshops, and demonstrations.
• Researches, designs, develops and refines curricula and training materials for courses.
• Selects or develops teaching aids such as handbooks, demos, multimedia aids and tutorials.
• Conducts training sessions in areas like customer service, billing systems, hardware/software knowledge.
• Presents standard and customized training courses.
• Monitors and tests employees to measure progress and evaluate training effectiveness.
• Reports on trainee progress and counsels on improvements.
• Updates training programs to meet evolving business needs and regulatory changes.
• Establishes and tracks training attendance and ROI.
