Job summary

ECS Group of Companies in the United States is seeking a field-facing professional to manage code compliance inspection projects across mechanical, electrical, plumbing, architectural, fire and life safety disciplines.

You will be trained by senior staff to take a leading role in project management, supervise inspection personnel, review reports, and prepare required documentation for county/city agencies while driving client relationships and project profitability.

Qualifications

• Educational requirement is a high school diploma or GED.
• Code compliance certifications are a plus but not required; you will be expected to obtain multiple certifications in this role.
• A valid driver’s license is required if driving for ECS subsidiaries.

Responsibilities

• Manage code compliance inspection projects across mechanical, electrical, plumbing, architectural, fire and life safety components.
• Assist in project management and be trained to lead projects.
• Supervise code inspection personnel and manage clients and projects.
• Review field inspection reports and prepare county/city required documentation.
• Support marketing and business development with regular client contact.
• Prepare proposals, manage project progress against budget and handle invoicing and collections.
