Qualifications

High school diploma or GED is required.
0-2 years of related experience in code compliance or inspection advantageous.
Code compliance certifications are a plus but not required; candidate should expect to obtain multiple certifications.

Responsibilities

Lead management of code compliance inspection projects across mechanical, electrical, plumbing, architectural, and life-safety disciplines.
Take a lead role in project management with mentorship from senior personnel.
Supervise code inspection personnel and manage client projects.
Review field inspection reports and prepare county/city documentation.
Support marketing and business development with regular client contact.
Prepare proposals, manage invoicing, track project progress, and oversee budget and collections.
