Job summary

You will supervise inspectors, review field reports, prepare required documentation, and drive client relationships, proposals, invoicing and budget tracking as part of a growing geotechnical and building science team.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED.
• 0-2 years of related experience.
• Code compliance certifications are a plus but not required.
• You will be expected to obtain multiple code compliance certifications in this role.
• If driving for, or on behalf of, any ECS subsidiary, a valid driver’s license is required.

Responsibilities

• Manage code compliance inspection projects across building components.
• Supervise code inspection personnel and field staff.
• Review field inspection reports and prepare county/city documentation.
• Develop client relationships and support marketing efforts.
• Prepare proposals, handle invoicing, and monitor project budgets.
