Job summary

ECS Group of Companies is seeking a project manager for code compliance projects in the United States. You will review plans, provide technical support, conduct inspections, and monitor budgets while coordinating site meetings.

The role also involves mentoring inspectors and supporting P&L management and business development activities to grow client relationships. The ideal candidate has 5+ years of code compliance inspection experience and holds ICC B2, M2, P2, E2 certifications, plus a valid

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or GED required.
• Minimum 5 years of code compliance inspection experience.
• ICC certification B2, M2, P2, E2 required.
• Valid driver’s license if driving for ECS.

Responsibilities

• Manage code compliance projects including reviewing plans and inspections.
• Provide technical support and monitor project budget and performance.
• Mentor and train other building inspectors.
• Contribute to P&L management and marketing efforts for client development.

Responsibilities

• This position involves project management of code compliance projects, including reviewing plans, providing technical support, conducting inspections, monitoring project process for performance and budgetary conditions, proposal preparation, as well as attending project site meetings, and assisting with the resolution of technical and administrative problems
• In this position you will be expected to mentor and train other building inspectors
• Responsibilities also include assisting with management of P & L, marketing our services by maintaining and developing client interactions, and participating in marketing and business development functions related to code inspections

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or GED
• A minimum of 5 years of experience in code compliance inspection of mechanical, electrical, plumbing, and fire protection systems and/or plan review
• Must have valid ICC certification B2, M2, P2, E2
• If driving for, or on behalf of, any ECS subsidiary, a valid driver’s license is required
