Penndel Mental Health Center in Langhorne, PA, seeks a Co-Occurring Disorders (COD) Coordinator to lead the COD program both clinically and administratively, guiding staff and services.

You will supervise COD staff, engage in program marketing, maintain a 10–15 client caseload weekly, conduct ASAM assessments, and help prepare for audits and regulatory requirements.

This full-time role requires a master’s degree, licensure, and strong leadership within behavioral health.

Formación

• Master’s degree required, plus pertinent professional licensure.
• Two years of direct service experience.
• Supervisory experience in behavioral health preferred.

Responsabilidades

• Provides clinical and administrative supervision to COD staff.
• Engages in marketing activities to grow the COD program.
• Maintains a clinical caseload of 10-15 clients weekly and runs groups as needed.
• Trains staff to complete clinical intakes and ASAM assessments.
• Assists in coordinating service delivery, audits, and reporting.
