You will lead scheduling, training, and performance management while coordinating with families, licensing inspectors, and internal teams to maintain optimal care standards.

Qualifications

• Minimum age: 21.
• Ability to acknowledge and respond to multiple needs; effective communication and interpersonal skills are essential.
• Prior supervisory experience preferred.
• Must lift 50 pounds, run after clients on foot, restrain when trained, bend, squat, and stand for long periods.
• Medical certification and child abuse clearances are required prior to employment.
• Must possess a valid driver’s license.

Responsibilities
