The Residential Clinical Supervisor plays a vital leadership role in CODA’s residential programs, offering a combination of direct clinical services, team supervision, and operational leadership. In partnership with the Program Manager, the Clinical Supervisor is responsible for the day-to-day clinical oversight of staff and service delivery.
You will carry a small caseload, provide clinical consultation and risk assessment, and mentor new counselors. Your work will ensure quality of care, regulatory compliance, and alignment with CODA’s mission and best practices. You will also support scheduling, cross-department collaboration, and integration of services with external providers to ensure positive patient outcomes.
