Job summary

Delaware North at Lambeau Field in Green Bay, Wisconsin is seeking energetic seasonal Cocktail Servers to provide excellent service and care with each guest interaction.

In this tipped role, staff create memorable experiences by knowledge of wines, beer, and cocktails, while working in a fast-paced environment. Flexible schedules and weekly pay are available, with the opportunity to grow within a global hospitality company.

Qualifications

• Must be at least 18 years of age.
• Ability to work quickly and efficiently in a fast-paced environment.
• Possess basic knowledge of standard drink recipes and alcohol brand names.
• Basic math skills.
• No experience or diploma required.

Responsibilities

• Communicates drink specials, answers questions about available beverages and takes beverage orders.
• Serves alcohol beverages responsibly, requests identification, adhere to all unit and company alcohol service policies and procedures.
• Enters orders into point-of-sale system so that Bartenders can prepare orders.
• Picks up drinks orders when ready and delivers orders to guests.
• Observes and follows-up with guests to respond if they require additional service.
• Accepts and processes payment or directs customer to cashier.

The opportunity

Delaware North Sportservice is searching for an energetic, attentive seasonal Cocktail Servers to join our team at Lambeau Field in Green Bay, Wisconsin. As a Cocktail Server, you will help create a great guest experience by providing excellent service and care in every interaction. If you have a passion for customer satisfaction and knowledge of wines, beer, and cocktails, this is the job for you.

Please note this is a tipped position, the hourly minimum pay listed doesn’t include any potential tipped earnings.

Pay

$6.50 - $6.50 / hour

More about you

Physical requirements

• Constant standing, walking, bending, reaching and repetitive motions
• Ability to lift, balance and carry trays, weighing up to 35 lbs
• Visual acuity and hearing sufficient to take orders and prepare bills
