Job summary

Delaware North at Lambeau Field is seeking an energetic Seasonal Cocktail Server to join our team in Green Bay, Wisconsin. You will provide exceptional guest service, describe drink options, and ensure prompt delivery of beverages in a fast-paced stadium environment.

This tipped role requires 18+ and a passion for hospitality. Training is provided, with weekly pay and flexible scheduling as part of our benefits package.

Qualifications

• Must be at least 18 years old.
• Ability to work quickly and efficiently in a fast-paced environment.
• Basic knowledge of standard drink recipes and alcohol brand names.
• Basic math skills.
• No experience or diploma required.

Responsibilities

• Communicates drink specials, answers questions about available beverages and takes beverage orders.
• Serves alcohol beverages responsibly, requests identification, adheres to all unit and company alcohol service policies and procedures.
• Enters orders into point-of-sale system so that Bartenders can prepare orders.
• Picks up drinks orders when ready and delivers orders to guests.
• Observes and follows-up with guests to respond if they require additional service.
• Accepts and processes payment or directs customer to cashier.

The opportunity

Delaware North Sportservice is searching for an energetic, attentive seasonal Cocktail Servers to join our team at Lambeau Field in Green Bay, Wisconsin. As a Cocktail Server, you will help create a great guest experience by providing excellent service and care in every interaction. If you have a passion for customer satisfaction and knowledge of wines, beer, and cocktails, this is the job for you.

Please note this is a tipped position, the hourly minimum pay listed doesn’t include any potential tipped earnings.

Pay

$6.50 – $6.50 / hour

• Constant standing, walking, bending, reaching and repetitive motions

• Visual acuity and hearing sufficient to take orders and prepare bills
