Job summary

Delaware North Sportservice at Lambeau Field in Green Bay, Wisconsin is seeking part-time Banquet Bartenders to deliver friendly, efficient beverage service at events. You will take orders, prepare drinks, and ensure guests have a memorable experience while adhering to alcohol service policies.

The role offers $15.00 per hour, weekly pay, and benefits including health and vision insurance, a 401(k) with company match, paid vacation days, and other perks.

Qualifications

• One year of previous bartender experience preferred.
• Excellent guest service skills.
• Must be 18 years of age.
• Possess an alcohol service certificate.

Responsibilities

• Receives drink orders from patrons or servers.
• Serves alcoholic beverages responsibly, requests identification, and adheres to policies.
• Mixes and serves drinks per recipes; serves wine and bottled or draught beer.
• Enters drink orders into the POS and collects payment.
• Completes Daily Bar Sales Report accurately.
• Maintains bar stock and cleans the bar area and stock.
• Prepares and replenishes appetizers and garnishes as needed.
• Performs opening, closing, and additional duties as assigned.

Pay

$15.00 - $15.00 / hour

What will you do?

• Receives drink orders from patrons or servers
• Serves alcoholic beverages responsibly, requests identification, and adheres to all unit and company alcohol service policies and procedures
• Mixes and serves alcoholic and non-alcoholic drinks for patrons following standard recipes and using company standardized proportions; serves wine and bottled beer or draws draught beer
• Enters drink orders into point-of-sale system, collects payment from patrons for drinks served
• Completes Daily Bar Sales Report accurately
• Maintains bar stock by ordering or requisitioning liquors, beverages, condiments and supplies
• Cleans, maintains, and stores bar and cocktail area and bar stock; keeps area clear of clean/dirty glassware
• Prepares and replenishes appetizers and/or garnishes as needed
• Performs opening, closing, and additional work duties as assigned

More About You

• One year of previous experience as a bartender in a high-volume environment preferred
• Excellent guest service skills; ability to adhere to the Company’s GuestPath Universal Service Standards
• Ability to complete and maintain an alcohol service certificate
• Basic math skills, with ability to accurately total guest checks
• Possess basic knowledge of standard drink recipes and alcohol brand names
• Verbal communication skills; listening skills with the ability to take beverage orders and fill those orders correctly
• Must be 18 years of age

Physical Requirements

• Ability to remain standing for the entire length of the shift
• Constant walking, bending, reaching, and repetitive motions
• Ability to lift stock to 50 pounds occasionally
• Bar environment- noise level may be moderate to high during busy times
