Job summary

Delaware North Sportservice is hiring part-time Hosts to join our Lambeau Field team in Green Bay, Wisconsin. As a Host, you will welcome guests, manage the host station, and support seating and wait-time management.

This tipped position offers weekly pay and a comprehensive benefits package. You will work evenings, weekends, and holidays as needed, with opportunities for training and career development.

• Speak with guests to ensure satisfaction with food and service, respond to complaints, and thank guests as they are leaving.
• Answer the restaurant telephone line during assigned hours of operation.

The opportunity

Delaware North Sportservice is hiring part-time Hosts to join our 1919 Kitchen and Tap team at Lambeau Field in Green Bay, Wisconsin. As a Host, you will be responsible for welcoming guests and managing the host station.

Please note that this is a tipped position; the hourly minimum pay listed doesn’t include any potential tipped earnings.

Pay

$15.00 - $15.00 / hour

More about you

• Prior experience in a guest service environment preferred
• Ability to maintain a high energy level in a fast-paced environment and manage multiple tasks simultaneously
• Ability to effectively communicate with guests and team members
• No high school diploma or GED required

Physical requirements

• Ability to remain on feet for the entire length of the shift
• Ability to maneuver between tables and around corners
• Ability to lift and carry up to 35 pounds
