Responsibilities:

1. Consistently offer professional, friendly, and engaging service.
2. Follow sequence of service.
3. Assist guests regarding menu items in an informative and helpful way.
4. Have full knowledge of beverage lists and promotions.
5. Have full knowledge of all menu items, garnishes, contents, and preparation methods.
6. Follow all safety and sanitation policies when handling food and beverage.
7. Other duties as assigned.

Requirements:

1. Minimum of 2 years experience as a Cocktail Server.
2. Knowledge of cocktails, beer, and wine.
3. Must meet the minimum age to serve alcohol.
4. Compliance with all local, state, and federal liquor laws.
