Job summary

The Cliff House at Pikes Peak in Manitou Springs is seeking a friendly, professional Part-Time Cocktail Server to join our Food & Beverage team. You will greet guests, take and enter orders accurately, and deliver cocktails, wine, beer, and food with attentive service.

You’ll work closely with bartenders to ensure smooth service, maintain a clean station, handle guest payments, and help reset tables. Previous hospitality experience is preferred; evenings, weekends, and holidays are required.

Responsibilities

Cocktail Server – Part-Time

The Cliff House at Pikes Peak is seeking a friendly, professional, and service-focused Part-Time Cocktail Server to join our Food & Beverage team. This position is responsible for providing attentive beverage and food service while creating a welcoming and memorable experience for our guests.

The Cocktail Server will be responsible for greeting guests, taking and accurately entering beverage and food orders, delivering cocktails, wine, beer, and food, maintaining awareness of guest needs, clearing and resetting tables, processing guest payments, and working closely with bar tenders and other team members to ensure efficient service. Cocktail Servers are expected to maintain a clean and organized service area while demonstrating strong knowledge of our beverage and food offerings.

The ideal candidate is outgoing, dependable, organized, and comfortable working in a fast-paced hospitality environment. Previous serving or hospitality experience is preferred. Candidates must possess strong communication and guest-service skills and be available to work evenings, weekends, and holidays as business levels require.

Compensation: $12.14/hour + tips $30-50 an hour
