Job summary

Midnight Rose Hotel and Casino, Inc. is seeking a Casino Cocktail Server to greet guests, take and serve drink orders, and upsell to maximize sales on the casino floor and at the bar.

The role focuses on guest service in a fast-paced environment with responsibilities across drink preparation, order entry in the POS system, and maintaining a clean, welcoming station. Prior POS familiarity is a plus, and the position offers growth within hospitality and gaming.

Casino Cocktail Server

Step into the excitement of the casino floor! We’re looking for friendly, fast-paced, and guest-focused Cocktail Servers to deliver exceptional service while keeping the energy high and the drinks flowing.

What You’ll Do:

As a key part of the guest experience, you’ll be the face of hospitality on the casino floor:

• Greet guests with a welcoming, upbeat attitude
• Take and deliver drink orders quickly and accurately
• Serve guests on the gaming floor and at the bar
• Take food orders when needed
• Enter orders into the POS system
• Keep your section clean and presentable
• Resolve guest concerns promptly and professionally
• Upsell to enhance guest experience and maximize sales

80% of your shift will focus on guest service, while 20% includes side work like restocking and prepping drink stations.

What We’re Looking For:

Requirements:

• Valid TIPS Certification
• Ability to obtain a Colorado Gaming License Physical Requirements:
• Stand and walk for extended periods
• Lift up to 50 lbs as needed
• Work efficiently in a loud, fast-paced environment
