Job summary

The Cliff House at Pikes Peak in Manitou Springs, Colorado is seeking a dependable Part-Time Bar Back to support our Food & Beverage team. This role helps our bartenders and servers provide exceptional guest service by keeping the bar stocked and operations running smoothly.

• Previous restaurant, bar, or hospitality experience is preferred but not required.
• Candidates must be able to remain on their feet for extended periods, safely lift and carry cases of beverages and ice, communicate effectively with team members, and maintain a professional and guest-focused attitude.

Bar Back – Part-Time

The Cliff House at Pikes Peak is seeking a dependable and energetic Part-Time Bar Back to support our Food & Beverage team. This position plays an important role in keeping bar and restaurant operations running efficiently while helping our bartenders and servers provide exceptional guest service.

The Bar Back will be responsible for stocking beer, wine, liquor, ice, glassware, and other bar supplies; maintaining clean and organized bar areas; expediting and running food to guests; clearing and transporting dirty dishes and glassware to the kitchen; replenishing supplies throughout service; and assisting the bartending and service teams as needed. The ideal candidate is hardworking, organized, able to work in a fast-paced environment, and willing to jump in wherever needed to support the team.

This is a part-time position paying $15.16 per hour, plus tips. Evening, weekend, and holiday availability may be required.
