Job summary

The Cliff House at Pikes Peak in Manitou Springs is seeking a friendly, professional Part-Time Cocktail Server to join our Food & Beverage team. You will greet guests, take and enter orders accurately, and deliver cocktails, wine, beer, and food with attentive service.

You’ll work closely with bartenders to ensure smooth service, maintain a clean station, handle guest payments, and help reset tables. Previous hospitality experience is preferred; evenings, weekends, and holidays are required.

Qualifications

• Prior serving or hospitality experience preferred.
• Strong communication and guest-service skills.
• Able to work evenings, weekends, and holidays.

Responsibilities

• Greet guests and take/enter beverage and food orders accurately.
• Deliver cocktails, wine, beer and food to tables and bar area.
• Maintain awareness of guest needs and clear/reset tables as needed.
• Process guest payments and coordinate with bartenders for smooth service.
