We are recruiting for our 2025 summer season across various roles at our beautiful Lincolnshire-based holiday park. Join our large team of hospitality professionals today.

About the role

We are looking for Bartenders (must be over 18) to work in our stunning cocktail bars at Tattershall Lakes. Cocktail experience is not necessary as full training will be provided. A can-do attitude, attention to detail, and excellent people skills are essential. Availability to work evenings, weekends, and bank holidays is also required.

Our venues include:

• Bar 49: An open-air lakeside cocktail venue with views, live DJ sets, and a vibrant summer vibe. Perfect for energetic, stylish team members passionate about service and a lively environment.
• The Giggling Goose: An exclusive over-18s gin and cocktail bar offering over 100 gin varieties and premium spirits. A sophisticated, relaxed setting ideal for showcasing your mixology skills and engaging with guests.

Responsibilities

Understanding that food and drink are central to guest experience, your duties include:

• Greeting guests warmly
• Serving drinks and pouring pints
• Shaking, building, and stirring cocktails
• Maintaining cleanliness and stock levels
• Ensuring guests have a great time

You should be willing to help beyond your specific duties when needed, demonstrating flexibility and team spirit.

Skills and experience

We value high standards and will provide training, but ideally you will:

• Have customer service experience
• Enjoy working in a fast-paced bar environment
• Be proactive and self-motivated
• Be personable and attentive to guests’ needs
• Have team experience
• Must be over 18 due to licensing laws
