Responsibilities

1. Takes orders, serves beverages, totals charges, and processes payments.
2. Provides high-level customer service, maintaining a positive and fun environment.
3. Maintains a professional, clean, and well-groomed appearance.
4. Answers guest questions about Hollywood's operations.
5. Ensures quick, friendly, and professional service.
6. Keeps service stations clean and organized.
7. Stays visible and approachable at assigned stations.
8. Follows all policies and procedures.
9. Prepares and serves drinks promptly, maintaining station cleanliness.
10. Accepts payments and gives accurate change.
11. Notifies supervisor if a guest appears intoxicated.
12. Prepares stations for shifts with opening and closing duties.
13. Maintains safety awareness and responds to emergencies.
14. Performs other duties as assigned.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or equivalent; 6 months of cocktail serving experience preferred.
• Must be at least 21 years old to serve alcohol.
• Fluent in English.
• Strong guest service skills.
• Ability to stand for long periods.
• Availability to work evenings, weekends, and holidays.

Physical Demands

Requires talking, hearing, standing, walking, occasional sitting, reaching, stooping, kneeling, crouching, and lifting up to 50 pounds. Manual dexterity and vision skills are necessary.
