Job summary

WEX is seeking an experienced administrative professional in Minnesota to support COBRA and Direct Bill processes. You will act as an internal resource, troubleshoot questions using product and system knowledge, and resolve tier 3 escalations for employer and member accounts.

The role involves maintaining plans, processing files, and collaborating with cross-functional teams to improve workflows while upholding HIPAA standards.

Qualifications

• Must pass a successful background investigation.
• Experience with computer proficiency.
• Experience with Section 125, HIPAA and HITECH Regulations.
• Experience with administrative software, computer proficiency and 10 key/keyboard.

Responsibilities

• Maintain detailed knowledge in COBRA and Direct Bill areas.
• Serve as internal resource and troubleshoot questions using product, file and system knowledge.
• Resolve tier 3 escalations and communicate with internal departments to ensure timely resolutions.
• Create, update and maintain member plans and employer plans.
• Process incoming files and report errors accurately.
• Identify trends to improve employers, consultants and third-party vendors experience.
• Participate in ongoing learning and team meetings to improve workflows.
