Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or advanced degree; 5+ years of related field experience.
• In lieu of degree, 7+ years of related field experience.
• Blue Cross NC will not sponsor employment authorization for this position.

Responsibilities

• Lead day-to-day workload to achieve business objectives and provide direction to the team.
• Act as a resource for work processes; ensure proper training and professional responses to inquiries from internal/external customers.
• Provide ongoing coaching, feedback, and formal performance evaluations.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to identify gaps and implement process improvements.
• Identify trends, root causes, and initiate actions to resolve issues; conduct audits and develop improvement plans.
• Represent the department on corporate projects and ensure timely escalations and updates.
