TelCom Construction, LLC is seeking a Coax Splicer to join our telecommunications construction team. You will splice coaxial networks for internet, cable TV, and telephone services, performing aerial and underground work.

With minimal supervision, you will test, activate, troubleshoot, document daily production reports, and maintain safety standards. The role requires you to be 18+, have a valid driver's license, and pass a DOT medical exam; prior coax splicing or telecom experience is

Qualifications

• Six months of coax splicing experience or one year in telecommunications.
• Must be able to pass a DOT physical and obtain a valid medical card.
• Authorized to work in the United States for the company.

Responsibilities

• With guidance, perform cable upgrades and splicing tasks, both aerial and underground
• Test, activate, and troubleshoot equipment post-installation
• Ensure all splicing operations meet customer and industry standards
• Safely navigate work at different heights, from underground to in the air
• Complete basic daily maintenance of vehicles, including fluid checks
• Document work through daily production reports and map markings
