Job summary

Certara is seeking a Client Implementation Consultant with a background in medical writing to join the CoAuthor team. The role centers on enablement, onboarding, and training for client writers and project teams, helping them leverage CoAuthor's AI-enabled regulatory writing capabilities.

You will configure templates, deliver live sessions, and collaborate with product teams to incorporate writer feedback, ensuring smooth adoption and timelines across multiple client engagements.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in life sciences or related field; advanced degree preferred.
• At least 3 years of regulatory or medical writing experience in pharma, biotech, or CRO; authoring clinical study reports, protocols, investigator brochures, or CTD modules.
• Comfortable learning and configuring new software, with strong knowledge of Microsoft Word.

Responsibilities

• Develop deep expertise in CoAuthor's features, templates, and AI capabilities; stay up-to-date as product evolves
• Plan and deliver onboarding, training, and ongoing enablement for client writers and project teams
• Understand each client's regulatory writing workflow and how CoAuthor fits into it
• Configure CoAuthor for clients, including templates and prompts
• Guide clients in using AI-assisted writing responsibly, including prompting, verifying AI output, and human-in-the-loop
• Create training materials and best-practice resources
• Identify adoption challenges and partner with teams to address them
• Capture client feedback and share with Product/Development
• Participate in client meetings, product demos, and evaluations
• Collaborate with team to share knowledge and improve enablement approach
• Manage multiple client engagements and meet timelines
