Certara USA, Inc. seeks a Client Implementation Consultant with a medical writing background to join the CoAuthor team. You will learn CoAuthor deeply, tailor onboarding for client writers, and align their regulatory workflows with AI-enabled writing tools.

This role focuses on enablement rather than account management, requiring strong communication, training experience, and the ability to manage multiple engagements while collaborating with product and development teams.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in life sciences or related field.
• At least 3 years of regulatory or medical writing in pharma/biotech/CRO.
• Strong understanding of regulatory writing workflow and challenges.
• Interest in and willingness to learn AI-enabled tools; hands-on experience with generative AI is a plus.
• Comfortable learning and configuring new software, with strong Word skills.
• Experience training, mentoring, or presenting to groups with excellent communication.
• Strong problem-solving skills and ability to diagnose workflow issues.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
• Strong organizational skills and ability to manage multiple projects.
• Preferred: software training/implementation or customer enablement experience; familiarity with regulated environments.
• Preferred: candidates who can work 9am-5pm ET

Responsabilités

• Develop deep expertise in CoAuthor's features, templates, and AI capabilities.
• Plan and deliver onboarding, training, and ongoing enablement for client writers, reviewers, and teams.
• Understand each client's regulatory writing workflow and how CoAuthor fits into it.
• Configure CoAuthor for clients, including templates and prompts.
• Guide clients in using AI-assisted writing responsibly and with human oversight.
• Create training materials, quick-start guides, and best-practice resources.
• Identify adoption challenges and collaborate with account and product teams.
• Capture client feedback and share with Product and Development.
• Participate in client meetings and product demos, bringing medical writing credibility.
• Collaborate with the team to improve enablement approaches.
• Manage multiple client engagements and meet timelines.
