Job summary

Tremco Construction Products Group (CPG), part of RPM International Inc., is seeking an applicant with demonstrated knowledge of coating formulation across multiple chemistries, focusing on reactive, one component systems and butyl technologies, to lead new developmental projects and support operations and supply chain.

You will design and execute experiments, work with cross-functional teams on new product development, maintain documentation, and present updates to senior leadership.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in chemistry, chemical engineering, polymer science or related
• 2+ years' experience including internships in coatings or related fields
• Experience with reactive chemistries and formulations for new product development
• Knowledge of adhesive and sealants market; testing experience preferred

Responsibilities

• Support research projects with data-driven decision making
• Design and execute experiments to optimize performance attributes
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams for new product development
• Execute multiple product development activities through a defined process
• Document technical activities and present updates to leadership
• Travel up to 10%
