Job summary
Tremco Construction Products Group (CPG) is seeking a chemist with experience in reactive chemistries and coating formulation to drive new product development. Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in chemistry, chemical engineering, polymer science or related field.
- 2+ years of experience in coatings or related area, including internships.
- Knowledge of reactive chemistries, adhesives and sealants markets is preferred.
Responsibilities
- Support research projects delivering data-driven results.
- Design and run experiments to optimize coating attributes.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams for new product development.
- Execute project activities through the product development process.
- Analyze data and interpret results for problem solving.
- Maintain thorough documentation of technical activities.
- Present findings to internal stakeholders to guide decisions.
- Travel up to 10% as needed.
