Job summary

Anomatic in New Albany, OH is hiring a Coatings Line Operator for the Third Shift to operate the plastic metalizing lines and ensure quality and efficiency on the production floor.

The role requires setup per job cards, monitoring paint mixtures, performing basic maintenance, and documenting production output. Overtime and weekend coverage may be required. Competitive pay and benefits are offered from day one.

Qualifications

• Must be able to follow specific instructions for paint measurement and preparation.
• Proficient in basic maintenance and troubleshooting.
• Able to work overtime, including weekends when needed.
• Capable of standing for long periods and lifting up to 50 lbs.
• Team player with ability to communicate on shift.

Responsibilities

• Set up the line per job card requirements and operate machines.
• Communicate with team on conditions, paint mixture and issues.
• Monitor metalizing process for part quality and aesthetics.
• Clean machines and perform preventative maintenance.
• Keep production informed and supply raw parts to Take Off.
• Maintain a clean line and proper storage of equipment.
• Perform basic troubleshooting on the line under supervision.
• Complete required paperwork for parts, scrap and paint usage.
• All other duties to support production.
