Job summary

Anomatic is seeking a Coatings Line Operator for the Second Shift in New Albany, OH. The role focuses on maintaining efficient metalizing lines, ensuring product quality and consistency across the shift.

You will set up lines, monitor processes, and communicate issues, while maintaining cleanliness and safety. This 2nd shift position offers competitive pay and benefits with overtime opportunities.

Qualifications

• Proficient in basic maintenance and troubleshooting.
• Must be able to follow specific instructions for paint measurement and preparation.
• Computer proficient—Windows based computer operation.
• Must be able to work overtime as needed, sometimes on short notice or weekends.
• Ability to use both hands to pick up and manipulate small parts.
• Willing to take direction from others.
• Capable of standing for long periods of time.
• Ability to lift up to 50 lbs.
• Can work well in a team environment.
• Experience in industrial paint application is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Set up the line per job card requirements and operate machines during shift.
• Coordinate with team on paint mixtures and process conditions.
• Monitor line quality and perform inspections of color, adhesion, and aesthetics.
• Clean machines and perform preventative maintenance.
• Keep line organized and ensure Take Off is supplied with parts.
• Troubleshoot under supervision and document production data.
• Complete paperwork on parts, scrap, and paint usage.
