Job summary

Anomatic is seeking a Coatings Line Operator for the New Albany, OH area to run metalizing lines on the first shift. You will monitor the process, maintain paint supply, and ensure quality while supporting the production team in a safe, efficient environment.

Responsibilities include setup, color checks, line cleaning, basic troubleshooting, and accurate paperwork. Prior paint experience is a plus; must lift up to 50 lbs and be able to work overtime as needed.

Qualifications

• Proficient in basic maintenance and troubleshooting.
• Follow instructions for paint measurement and preparation.
• Computer proficient—Windows based operations.
• Ability to lift up to 50 lbs.
• Work overtime, including weekends when needed.
• Stand for long periods.
• Team player with safety awareness.
• Experience in industrial paint application is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Set up the line per job card requirements and continuously operate machines.
• Communicate with team about conditions, paint mixture, and issues.
• Monitor metalizing process quality and inspect color, adhesion, and aesthetics.
• Clean machines and perform preventative maintenance.
• Keep production informed and supply Take Off with raw parts.
• Maintain a clean line and proper storage of equipment.
• Assist with basic troubleshooting under supervision.
• Complete paperwork on parts produced, scrap, and paint consumption.
• Perform other duties to support production.
