Anomatic is seeking a Coatings Line Operator for the Third Shift to run metalizing lines on a production floor. The role focuses on maintaining line efficiency, monitoring paint quality, and ensuring product consistency to satisfy customers.

The position requires teamwork, the ability to follow precise painting procedures, and physical stamina to operate equipment and lift up to 50 lbs. Shift offers overtime opportunities and competitive benefits.

Qualifications

• Must be able to follow specific instructions for paint measurement and preparation.
• Proficient in basic maintenance and troubleshooting.
• Computer proficient—Windows based operation.
• Ability to lift up to 50 lbs and stand for long periods.
• Experience in industrial paint application a plus.

Responsibilities

• Set up line per job card requirements and ensure continuous operation of machines.
• Communicate with team about operating conditions, paint mixtures, and issues.
• Monitor metalizing process for quality, color, cross-hatching, adhesion, and aesthetics.
• Perform basic line troubleshooting under supervision; assist with maintenance.
• Complete paperwork for parts produced, scrap, and paint consumption; report issues.
