Job summary

Anomatic Corporation in New Albany, OH is seeking a Coatings Line Operator on the First Shift. This production role ensures efficient operation of plastic metalizing lines, monitors all steps of the coating process, and maintains quality throughout the shift.

You will set up the line, manage paint supply, communicate issues, perform routine inspections, and assist with troubleshooting under supervision. The position offers competitive pay, health coverage from day one, and opportunities to grow

Qualifications

• Proficient in basic maintenance and troubleshooting.
• Follow instructions for paint measurement and preparation.
• Windows-based computer skills required.
• Able to work overtime, weekends on short notice.

Responsibilities

• Set up the line per job card requirements and ensure continuous operation.
• Communicate with team about conditions, paint mix, and issues.
• Monitor metalizing process quality and perform inspections.
• Clean machines and perform preventative maintenance.
• Keep line clean and ensure Take Off team has required parts.
• Complete paperwork on parts produced, scrap, and paint usage.
• Assist with troubleshooting under supervision.
