Responsibilities

• Measure and record ambient conditions before and during application.
• Verify surface preparation to the specified SSPC/NACE cleanliness and profile.
• Measure wet and dry film thickness and check for holidays/defects.
• Verify coating materials, batch numbers, mixing, and pot life.
• Keep the daily coating inspection log and photograph each stage.
