Qualifications

• 2+ years experience in metal fabrication, coatings, assembly, or manufacturing.
• 1–2 years of leadership or supervisory experience preferred.

Responsibilities

• Lead and oversee daily operations of coating, assembly, and shipping departments.
• Coordinate workflow to ensure on-time delivery.
• Supervise surface preparation and coating processes.
• Oversee final assembly of fabricated components.
• Coordinate packaging and shipment of finished goods.
