You will coordinate with estimating, engineering, drafting, purchasing, production, quality, shipping, and installation to keep projects on schedule and within budget.

Qualifications

• 2+ years of experience in project coordination or administration.
• Bachelor's degree in a related field preferred.
• Proven ability to manage multiple projects and deadlines.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate and administer architectural metals fabrication projects from award to completion.
• Maintain project schedules, deadlines, and deliverables.
• Track status and follow up with internal departments.
• Prepare project documentation including purchase orders and change orders.
• Assist in preparing project updates and customer communications.
• Monitor milestones and identify potential delays.
• Maintain organized project files and assist with closeout activities.
• Communicate with customers, contractors, architects, vendors, and suppliers.
