Würth Baer Supply Company, a leading specialty wholesale distributor to the woodworking industry, is seeking a Coating Specialist (Territory Manager – Paint/Stain/Finish Sales) to cover Illinois and Wisconsin. You will manage current accounts, grow sales, and represent top solvent/coatings brands to millwork fabricators and showrooms.

You will work independently, with travel required to IL/WI, and benefit from hands-on training and a supportive culture that rewards performance.

Qualifications

• Two years of demonstrated success in outside sales selling similar goods.
• Bachelor's degree preferred.
• Advanced Excel skills.
• Excellent written and communication skills.

Responsibilities

• Handle current customer accounts and grow sales.
• Grow accounts and deliver quality service to customers.
• Travel within IL and WI as needed to service clients and build relationships.
