Job summary

MADICO is a local manufacturer and window film supplier seeking a Day & Night shift Coating Operator in Pinellas Park, FL. This on-site role offers full-time hours, a 6am-6pm training window, and a $100 sign-on bonus after 90 days.

Expect a robust benefits package, paid vacation/holidays, and 401k with a generous match. Responsibilities include counting measurements, inspecting products for defects, operating hoists, and aiding machine changeovers.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or GED is required.
• At least one year of prior work experience.
• Stand for 8+ hours and lift up to 50 lbs.
• Must be legally able to work in the United States.
• Work around chemicals using provided PPE.
• Willing to become certified to wear a cartridge respirator.

Responsibilities

• Count and read measurements accurately.
• Visually inspect product for defects.
• Load and unload product using hoist.
• Assist with machine and product changeovers.
• Perform and assist with machine product setups.
• Read paperwork terminology and complete logs.
• Adhere to safety rules and 5S housekeeping.
• Suggest improvements to management when needed.
• Work in a team environment in a fast-paced setting.
