ProAmpac in Matthews, NC, is seeking a Coating Assistant Operator to support coating lines and ensure safe, efficient production on site. You will assist with machine setup, startup, operation, and shutdown while strictly following all safety rules.

This 8- to 12-hour rotating shift role requires basic math, reading/writing, and the ability to work in a team; starting pay is $21.62 per hour. Must be able to work all shifts as needed.

Qualificações

• Must read, write, and follow written instructions.
• Basic math skills using a calculator.
• Able to read a tape measure accurately.
• Self-motivated with the ability to work with limited supervision.
• Works well in a team-based environment.

Responsabilidades

• Assist with machine setup, startup, operation, and shutdown.
• Learn and operate online support equipment including SCADA and camera systems.
• Perform Make Ready tasks: die setups, pump setups, hose making, and feed systems.
• Follow TPM practices and quality system procedures.
• Coordinate material handling to support production.
• Assist with time and material accounting and documentation.
