Qualifications

• Familiarity with Manufacturing or Quality environment preferred.
• Ability to walk or stand for prolonged periods; lift 50 pounds.
• Ability to read a tape measure and perform basic math.
• Fast-paced environment with a focus on quality.
• Effective verbal and written communication skills.

Responsibilities

• Review preceding shift operations, problems, status, orders, and instructions with the prior operator.
• Ensure correct film, adhesive, run conditions and web path for products.
• Check solids of adhesive and adjust as needed for each batch.
• Check film corona treatment and loading accuracy before mounting.
• Prepare for changeovers in advance to minimize downtime.
• Maintain equipment and report damage or issues to supervisor.
• Complete all required paperwork and maintain a clean, safe area.
