Job summary

Pyramid Global Hospitality is hiring a Line Cook for South Seas on Captiva Island, Florida. The cook will prepare and assemble menu items to order, follow standardized recipes, and maintain a clean, safe kitchen environment.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent (hotel or related field preferred).
• Minimum 1 year cooking experience in a fast-paced kitchen.
• Must have valid driver’s license and pass background checks.

Responsibilities

• Prepare and cook food items based on standardized recipes.
• Follow recipes, measure ingredients, and ensure portions meet standards.
• Maintain cleanliness, sanitation, and safety in the kitchen at all times.
• Assist with menu planning, inventory, and guest special requests.
• Work to control waste and maximize cost/production efficiency.
