Job summary

La Jolla Beach & Tennis Club, Inc. in San Diego, CA is seeking a skilled maintenance professional to perform general plumbing, electrical, carpentry and HVAC maintenance across our iconic oceanfront properties.

The role requires a California Driver's License, a CFC recovery certificate, and 2–3 years' related experience or an AA degree. We offer competitive pay, benefits, and opportunities for growth in a premier resort setting.

Qualifications

• Associate's degree (A. A.) or equivalent from two‑year college or technical school; or two to three years related experience and/or training; or equivalent combination of education and experience.
• Must have valid California Drivers License and CFC recovery certificate.
• Ability to read and interpret blueprints and schematics in electrical and mechanical.

Responsibilities

• Repairs and maintains general plumbing, electrical, carpentry and mechanical equipment.
• Performs regular preventative maintenance duties and checks.
• Maintains HVAC equipment, electrical systems, and lighting.
• Uses manuals and schematics as guides for standards when repairing equipment.
• Keeps tools and shop area organized and safe.
• Interacts with guests and colleagues professionally to ensure guest satisfaction.
