Qualifications

  • Professional administrative experience is needed.

Responsibilities

  • Provide daily administrative support to the Brunswick station, assisting with registrations, travel arrangements, and purchasing program materials.
  • Process invoices, complete payment requests, and manage related records and archiving; serve as a P-Card holder and interact with vendors.
  • Assist with event management such as workshops, meetings, and conferences; coordinate room scheduling, AV/IT assistance, and communications with attendees.
