Job summary

Chesapeake Homes in Coastal North Carolina is seeking a New Home Specialist to drive sales at assigned communities. You will greet buyers, present model homes, and guide them through the closing process, leveraging marketing materials and realtor networks.

Applicants must hold a NC Real Estate license (or be willing to transfer) and own a personal cell phone. A valid driver's license and vehicle are required; MS Office and email proficiency is expected.

Qualifications

• Must have NC Real Estate License and willingness to transfer license.
• Must own a personal cell phone for business use and follow division guidelines on customer and internal communication requirements.
• Must have a vehicle, valid driver’s license, and be able to drive in daytime or nighttime.
• Proficiency with MS Office and Email.
• Ability to stand and walk for 4 hours straight or up to an 8-hour day; lift up to 25 pounds.

Responsibilities

• Show homes and communities to buyers and realtors, highlighting features and design options.
• Manage sales generation using marketing materials, model homes, and realtor relationships.
• Serve as trusted advisor and primary contact from first meeting through home closing.
• Tour and demonstrate model homes to prospects.
• Follow the sales process: Greet, Discover, Present, Demonstrate, and Close with each customer.
