Think Hospitality in Miami Beach is seeking passionate servers to launch our Mediterranean-inspired concept along the coast. As a Server, you will deliver warm, attentive service and share your menu knowledge to create memorable dining experiences.

Qualifications

• Minimum 2+ years of serving in high-volume or upscale restaurant.
• Strong knowledge of food, wine, and cocktails.
• Fluent in reading, writing and speaking English.
• Ability to multi-task in a fast-paced environment.
• Passion for hospitality and guest connection.
• Professional, polished appearance and demeanor.
• Excellent teamwork and communication skills.
• Availability to work nights, weekends and holidays.
• Able to stand for long shifts and lift up to 50 lbs.

Responsabilités

• Ensure guests have an enjoyable, well-timed dining experience.
• Provide a professional and inviting attitude with guests and staff.
• Recommend menu items including wines and cocktails.
• Answer all food and beverage preparation questions.
• Notify managers of any dietary accommodations or allergies.
• Maintain cleanliness of tables and dining area; complete opening, running and closing side work.
• Check on guests during meals to ensure satisfaction and handle requests.
