Qualifications

• Minimum 2+ years of serving in high-volume or upscale restaurant.

Responsibilities

As a Server, you'll play a key role in creating memorable dining experiences. You'll deliver warm, attentive service, share your knowledge of our menu, and bring positive energy to every table.

RESPONSIBILITIES:

• Ensuring all guest dining experience is enjoyable, well-timed, and pleasant.
• Providing a professional and inviting attitude when interacting with guests and employees.
• Provide knowledgeable recommendations om food and drink selections to enhance the dining experience.
• Thoroughly answer all food and beverage preparation questions.
• Making managers aware of any special accommodation, such as specific food allergies prior to reporting it to the kitchen.
• Maintaining the cleanliness of tables and dining area around guests and completing opening, running and closing side work related to job-duties.
• Check on guests during their meals to ensure satisfaction and address requests/concerns.

Requirements/Qualifications:

• Must have a minimum of 2 or more years of serving experience in a high-volume or upscale restaurant.
• Strong knowledge of food, wine, and cocktails (Mediterranean cuisine a plus!)
• Ability to read, write and speak English fluently
• Ability to multi-task
