Job summary

LCBC Church in Ohio is seeking a Location Coordinator to lead a campus and oversee all ministry operations. The role focuses on growing engagement, building community relationships, and ensuring weekend and midweek experiences run smoothly.

You will lead volunteer teams, cast vision for LCBC values, and provide pastoral care while coordinating with the Location Pastor. A personal relationship with Jesus and active LCBC involvement are required.

Qualifications

• Be a leader who is focused, collaborative and growth-minded.
• Be an LCBC Partner, or willing to become one within 60 days of employment.
• Regular attendance/participation at LCBC prior to and/or upon employment.

Responsibilities

• Be the Primary Ministry Leader ensuring the location runs smoothly.
• Grow engagement across all areas of ministry and build community relationships.
• Execute Community Gathering Core with excellence; ensure distraction-free gatherings.
• Be the main point person for weekend and midweek experiences; keep core processes up to date.
• Cast vision of LCBC values and encourage key engagements.
• Lead the volunteer team by building and developing strong teams; sustain, train, empower, and equip.
• Lead the People by moving attendees to take their next step with Jesus and providing pastoral care.
• Attend necessary staff and ministry meetings; perform duties as assigned by the Location Pastor.
• Ensure a healthy life and team; participate in regular evaluations and planning.

Hours Commitment:40-45hours/week with regular weekend responsibilities.

Evaluation:

The LocationCoordinatorwill meet regularly with thedirect supervisorfor planning,goal setting, progress updates, and general coaching. A formal Action and Development Plan will be completed and reviewed three times throughout the year.
