Coach is seeking an Associate Manager, Community for Coachtopia to help shape and execute our global community strategy. You will partner with creators, influencers, and brands to reflect Coachtopia’s values, driving authentic engagement across channels and events.

The role requires strong relationship skills, a keen eye for emerging voices, and the ability to manage multiple initiatives, budgets, and cross‑functional workstreams in a fast‑paced environment.

Qualifications

• BA or BS degree or equivalent experience.
• Experience in community marketing, influencer marketing, creator partnerships, or related fields.
• Strong initiative and collaborative skills.

Responsibilities

• Support the execution of Coachtopia’s global community strategy and partnerships.
• Manage day-to-day community and creator initiatives from outreach to recap.
• Build creator-led storytelling and user-generated content opportunities.
