Qualifications

• 3+ years youth sports coaching, PE, recreation, or similar direct‑service experience

Responsibilities

• Build and maintain a strong pipeline of Head Coaches, Assistant Coaches, Adaptive Coaches, substitutes, interns, and seasonal staff.
